Student Leaders

So this morning we had to wake up soooo darn early to go for that darn it scholarship awards thingy to add to our credit hours to get a High Achiever's Award.

It's like the highest award you can get for being a student leader. Being in ECHO makes me eligible for it, so sue me! All I have to do is help out in events that are not planned by ECHO but other student leader bodies or the SSD itself for 30 hours. So I have about 13 + now, and still counting.. Ahh. Can't wait.. I actually have an award for being in Student Council last year already, but I'm greedy so there ! Lol. Not really.. I just really need to get a scholarship, or better yet, scholarships for my postgrad.. I really don't have a choice. You think I really like to sacrifice all my time doing what I'm doing !!? Well, I don't mind actually. Half the time it is fun.. But still. I'd really like some more Me Time.

So anyway, I had to wake up at 630 in the a.m. !! And when we got there, we were actually early. I mean, Cassie & I. So then they let u go and have breakfast where we stared at each other bitching about how much more sleep we could have gotten. Cassie would have gotten at least half and hour more, and I would at least get to sleep for another 45 minutes (due to logistics).

Anyway, it was actually quite fun because we were mixing around with other student leaders as well, all of whom we rarely meet. To be quite frank, we are pretty stuck up people and we only mix with our own people. Lol. Okay, that was meant to be a joke. But Arwooo joined Sports Council recently, and that made life sooo much nicer. I mean, when we get to work together of course. It's nice to see our fellow Psychology mates outside the Psyc Department.

After that we had lunch, where we finally get to rest our butts down joking and fooling around with the other peeps. There should be more opportunities for us to mix together, really.. Hint.

Cass and Arwoo.. See how cool our T-shirts are !! It glows!!!! It's a plus that they have my size. Unlike last year the council shirt was bad..!! Not only was it so weird we had to design our own unofficial T-shirt BUT I was practically drowning in it cause some guys, ain't naming names decided that it's cool to wear an 'S' while the girls have to wear it in 'XL'.

That's Adrian, been trying to tell him he'd look awesome with contacts. Not that he doesn't already without it..
