I'm still alive!!

Dear blog,

I'm sorry that I've been neglecting you.. Lol.

I've just started my internship and OMG.. I mean, everyone's been telling me that workin life ain't easy, but no one ever said it was this tiring! Seriously. I actually like my job and what I'm doing, but I seriously have no time to rest at all! I worked last weekend and tomorrow I've got to go to work again. What happened to the "4-day week contract" they promised me when I signed in for the job man...!!!? I haven't had a day of rest for the past 12 days man, and tomorrow makes the 13th! Talk about being superstitious.

Anyway, I do enjoy most parts of my job. For example, there were some guests from Lancaster (& Sheffield) University last weekend and Cassie (who's also on the job) and I got to tag along in the "entertaining" bit. It was seriously a once in a lifetime opportunity and I absolutely loved the experience! Having the three of them, being world authorities in their fields treating me like a friend and colleague at undergrad level is seriously no joke ok! I could be hang for this absolutely-unheard-of-disrespectful-relationship!

In addition to that, I've admistered tests on 2 patients!! I'm sooo excited. Lol. The sucky bit comes in when we have to rush our reports. Gahhh... It's ghastly! The price you pay for doing something you like. Wayyy expensive!

Anyway, looking forward to the neuro case tomorrow morning!! A little panicky & nervous, but I'm sure it's gonna be a piece of cake. Heh. Yeah. Right.
