Shoot Me!

I, of all people know that I should be shot right in the middle of my big head. So, I don't need anyone to remind me.



I should be bloggin more. I really do want to blog!! I just happen to be a terrible blogger!! Sigh.



Anyway, I just had the worst week of my life. From Monday morning to Wednesday night, I had approximately 7 hours of sleep and that ain't cool. The very reason of this is because I had 2 deadlines, one on Tuesday for some Military Psychology term paper and Wednesday for my Thesis proposal for the Board of Ethics to approve (If you really want to know what my thesis is about, just ask me. I can't afford to sound too much of a nerd here.. Maybe I'll post something on it in the future, when I truly can't take it anymore and need to complain with high hopes that people will pity me!) Lol. Fortunately, I survived it all. What no one knows is that I woke up a complete zombie, practically stoned on Thursday at 830 in the a.m. because my family thought it was cool to wake me up to see how I'd pull through the day! Not really.. We had togo to church because it was a day of Obligation- The Ascension of Jesus Christ. If you don't know what I'm talking about, here's the perfect opportunity to test the wonders of Google, if you don't already know how amazing it is. Anyway, back to my stoned moments without having to ingest/inhale any form of substance. I just don't remember how I managed to get out get out of bed, wash, showered, brushed my teeth, dressed, light make up on, and get into the car in 20 minutes. I can't even do those as fast on a normal day, let alone a hangover day! What amazes me is that I even have the decency to put some make up on to hide the marks of a "drunked".



See, I'm not a bad student. I actually started working on my assignments and thesis proposals weeks ago. I'm just not productive if I know that I have time to waste. I'm a great at procrastinating and I work a hell lot better last minute. Think i've mentioned that before.. But never in my life have I taken so long to finish one research!! I always finish it the night before at latest, all printed out and stapled together. Oh well.. As for the thesis proposal, it was completely my fault. See, I have a perfectionist of a supervisor and I decided to show him my draft at the last possible minute. He had to change left and right of everything, and that took up a lot of time because I needed to do more research, bloody time consuming, I tell you! Had to stay out all night to ensure that I don't fall asleep at all. Thankfully, Man U vs. Barcelona was the highlight of the night therefore Vin and Brennan (my sister's boyfriend) was out watching football anyway. So I had company.. Then again, not really. They were outside where the TV was, watching it with the rest of the smokers who decided that they should pollute the air- same place same time together. So I stayed indoors and enjoyed the air-cond all by myself! Seriously, at 3 in the a.m. I had McD's all to myself!!



Anyway.. I went on a date yesterday!! With Vin, of course. Duh !! Yesh, finally !! I can't even remember when was the last time we did anything fun together, just the both of us. Friends & family are always around. Not that I'm complaining, they are all harmless fun. BUT!! I need a little jut "you and me" time with my baby every once in a while !! So we went to 1u, had lunch, get-to know-each-other window-shopping, watched Ironman (super must watch, peeps!!), actual-hunt-for-specific-item shopping, baby got himself a CD (of which I get to enjoy for free, lol), had dinner, and got home by 10 because we were both zonked!



More about the get-to-know-each-other winow-shopping. We went into random stores, and head to specific areas and Vin'll have to guess which item I'd get if I have to buy something for myself. But this is not before he tells me which one he'll get for me if I wasn't there and he HAS to get me at least ONE item. Lol. Then we'll go to the mens' and then it's my turn to do the guessing. Loads of fun. Wasn't worth it to really buy anything since the Megasale is coming up in 10.. woops, 9 days !! I'd be lucky if I even have the time to actually go shopping. I missed the last one, for real !!
